Code of conduct
FlowPath spaces — forums, chat bridges, and live rooms — prioritize working operators who need calm, specific answers.
Expected behavior
- Ask with context: module, transaction family, and what you already tried.
- Share anonymized screenshots; avoid customer names or pricing tables.
- Assume good intent; disagree with ideas, not people.
- Flag spam or harassment to moderators instead of public pile-ons.
Unacceptable behavior
- Recruiter blasts, multi-level tool pitches, or scraping member lists.
- Demeaning remarks about skill level, language fluency, or employer.
- Sharing credentials, tokens, or production URLs in public channels.
Reporting
Email [email protected] with subject Conduct report. We acknowledge within two business days and keep reporter identities restricted.
Enforcement
Moderators may remove posts, mute accounts, or revoke invites. Paid cohort participants may be rescheduled instead of refunded if removal happens after session two — see Returns & Refunds for nuances.
