Why warehouse users rehearse goods movements on paper first
Teams in Seoul and Busan told us the same story: the handheld wakes up before the person does. We now start each WM cohort with a paper pick path that mirrors the SAP screen, no postings yet.
The paper pass catches bin typos and language mix-ups between Korean short labels and English material masters. Once the path feels boring, we move to SAP and the muscle memory transfers.
We still hear requests for more voice-guided practice. That is scheduled for a later release of the community lab kit. For now, the paper layer remains the anchor.
If your site forbids paper, use a laminated dry-erase card with the same rows—tactile beats staring at a blank GUI.
