General Terms
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate contact details and to keep community discussions respectful and on-topic. You will not attempt to disrupt sessions, scrape attendee lists, or introduce malware to shared sandboxes. Violations may result in removal without refund if the breach occurs after services have substantially begun.
Intellectual property
Workbooks, scenario scripts, and recordings where offered are licensed for personal learning during the cohort window. You may not resell materials or host them on public file shares. Feedback you give us may be used to improve courses without owing you royalties unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Liability
Training explains SAP concepts for education; your production postings remain your responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost production time. Direct liability is capped at the fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim unless mandatory law forbids such caps.
Service description
We deliver instructor-led and blended SAP user enablement focused on supply chain scenarios. Schedules, cohort sizes, and module emphasis are described on each program page and may change when SAP releases notes that materially affect exercises. Optional community forums are provided as-is and may be moderated or paused for maintenance.
Termination
Either party may terminate a corporate package according to the written statement of work. We may suspend access for non-payment or for conduct that risks other participants. Public cohort participants who withdraw mid-program forfeit remaining sessions unless a refund exception applies under the Returns & Refunds policy.
Acceptance
By paying an invoice or clicking an enrollment confirmation, you accept these terms and linked policies. If you enroll on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays enforceable to the maximum extent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless a signed enterprise agreement selects a different governing law explicitly. Courts in Seoul have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless another venue is agreed in writing for a specific engagement. Consumer mandatory rights still apply where they cannot be contracted away.
Dispute handling detail
Before filing a claim, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for at least fifteen business days. Mediation centers in Seoul may be proposed if negotiation stalls. Emergency injunctive relief may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction without waiving the negotiation step for monetary claims.
Supplemental definitions
Site means rucargerg.digital and subpages we operate. We, us, and FlowPath SAP Academy refer to the training brand described on the contact page. Cohort means a scheduled group of participants sharing the same live session calendar.
